Remembrance Day ANZAC Poppy Handcrafted Native Wreath

In our ANZAC and Remembrance wreaths, we only use the highest quality faux flora that most people are astonished are not real.  One of our customers purchased a wreath for a local council, the mayor attended the same morning with her own fresh native wreath.  At the time for placement, the mayor, mistakenly, picked up our Wattle + Twig wreath, later, after being informed of the mix-up, the mayor couldn’t believe our wreath was artificial – we received an order from the mayor’s office the following day.

As they are not real, they make a wise investment of your school’s, aged care our company’s resources as you can re-use each year for your service, without the yearly expenditure of fresh flowers that will be thrown out after use.  We send them to you in a triple-fluted white box, that you can store it in, until the following Remembrance or ANZAC service.

Each wreath is lovingly hand made, we start with a natural twig base and then weave in each flower – over 120 individual floral elements in each wreath!

For our Vets, we wanted to craft a wreath that featured not only the wild Poppies that symbolise our fallen brothers but also the flora from Australia to acknowledge where they came from. We love our native flora and we wanted a wreath to embody our beautiful country.

Each wreath is laden with Wild Poppies, Wattle, Eucalyptus, Native flowers and Bush Berries.  Each measures well over 45cm across.

Each wreath comes with a purple ‘Lest we forget’ sash attached across the front that is removable if you wish or can be customised.

Your wreath will be made just for you and so it will be similar to the one photographed but still with some small unique differences.  Sometimes we cannot source an exact flower but we always swap in something just as beautiful. 😊

*About the creator – Pauline has suffered Neurofibromatosis her entire life.  She was then diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer four years ago and started making wreaths for local aged care and schools.  From there, local interest grew and the delight from her customers gave her the boost to continue.  Her daughter now helps her and together are so proud to have their wreaths go out all over Australia and be carried to beloved places of rest as far as PNG.  Every time we see our wreaths, respectfully placed in photograph, we are filled with so much honour to be part of so many people’s stories.Each wreath IS a labour of Every single wreath we make IS a labour of love, and each wreath gives her the motivation, strength and money to keep fighting her cancer.

$10 of every wreath sold is donated to Legacy – in support of veterans and their families for their service to our country.
