Australian Christmas Door Wreath

Some of you have come from Etsy – where we asked if you could order through our website as my mum and co-creator had ovarian cancer and that ordering through our website, helped with the enormous costs involved with her treatments and operations – we thank you so much for this.  It is with enormous sadness, that I disclose, that she passed away in December – from a sudden stroke.  I am still, however, making the wreaths.  It is what she would have wanted, as it was her greatest joy and what helped her cancer fight and so now, it will be her legacy.

Celebrate the colours of the Christmas season with this AUSTRALIAN alternative wreath that celebrates our beautiful bush featuring the highest quality Native faux flora including Wattle, Gum leaves, Eucalyptus and Berries

This style is more circular in and more traditional in design than our other popular Christmas Native wreath.

We start with a natural grapevine base and then weave in, by hand, up to 80 individual floral elements. Each Christmas wreath is laden and full and measures up to 45-50cm across.

We adore Native Flora and our motivation to start making these wreaths was as an alternative to imported plastic moulds with Holly and flora not from Australia. We wanted something that celebrated our land and we sourced the highest quality faux flora that we could find – most people think they are real when they first see them!

We package and send each one beautifully, in a box, to keep for it’s storage – it makes for an amazing Christmas gift for that hard to buy for loved one

As each wreath is handmade, it will be similar to the one pictured but with some unique differences – of course, it is unique as it was not spat out from a factory in China but handmade with love and care in Melbourne.

Each wreath is an investment into your Christmas tradition and as they are handmade, if they are treated gently they will last you for many years to come.

About the Creator:
Each Wreath is hand-made by my Mother who is combating Neurofibromatosis and cancer and the money helps to pay for her treatments.
The wreaths have helped her through her darkest times as a light to bring other people joy.  Each one is truly unique and a labour of love
