PLEASE NOTE*
Some of you have come from Etsy – where we asked if you could order through our website as my mum and co-creator has cancer and that ordering through our website, helped with the enormous costs involved with her treatments and operations – we thank you so much for this. It is with enormous sadness, that I am telling you, that she passed away on Friday – from a sudden catastrophic stroke. We are in deep shock and mourning.
I am still, however, making the wreaths. It is what she would have wanted, as it was her greatest joy and what helped her through the darkest times of her cancer fight. However, I have a lot to organise right now – BUT, friends and family have come to help me make the wreaths. It is what she would have wanted, as making the wreaths, was her greatest joy and she would want me to continue on. Your money will now help towards funeral costs and we are so thankful and ask if you can understand that it may be a week or so before the wreath will be dispatched. I understand if you cannot wait this long – and thank you for your support regardless.
Our new Christmas Wreath takes the traditional red Poinsettia and instead of the tacky glittered holly, we have nestled them amongst lashings of long Eucalyptus leaves and native seedlings to give the traditional Christmas wreath an Australian twist.
We also wanted to make a more economical choice for those who love our wreaths but may be under financial stress.
The range of floral elements in our other wreaths is very expensive. So consider this as an elegant option for your door to welcome all your loved ones.
We package each one beautifully in a box to keep for its storage, – it makes for an amazing Christmas gift for that hard to buy for loved one
As each wreath is handmade, it will be similar to the one pictured but with some unique differences – of course, it is unique as it was not spat out from a factory in China but handmade with love and care in Melbourne.
We send each wreath, beautifully packaged in a box that you can keep for storage (if you don’t wish it on your door all the time), and use for years to come.
Each wreath is an investment into your Christmas tradition and as they are handmade, if they are treated gently they will last you for many years to come.
About the Creator:
Each Wreath is hand-made by my Mother who is combating Neurofibromatosis and cancer and the money helps to pay for her treatments (cancer is expensive).
The wreaths have helped her through her darkest times as a light to bring other people joy.
Each one is truly unique and a labour of love
